Football, esports and other sports are also covered. Market availability varies by event and may change based on circumstances outside dwei11's control, including event postponements, cancellations or changes in playing conditions.
Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected events. Odds in in-play markets change rapidly. By submitting an in-play bet, you accept the odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed. Delays in internet connectivity or processing are your responsibility and may result in bets being placed at different odds to those you originally viewed.
If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled, bets placed on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your account balance in PKR unless the specific market terms state otherwise. Where a match is started but not completed, settlement rules depend on the sport and market type as specified in the individual market rules displayed at the time of betting.
If odds are published due to a technical error or human mistake at clearly incorrect levels, dwei11 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. We will communicate any such decisions to affected players promptly.
The dwei11 casino, live casino, slots, fish games and game lobby are available subject to scheduled maintenance and technical availability. dwei11 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific game title at all times. Game providers may update, modify or remove titles from the platform periodically.
If your connection is interrupted during a game round, the outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the point of disconnection. dwei11's server records are the definitive source of truth for all game outcomes. In the case of a live casino disconnection, the round result as recorded by the live dealer system will stand.
In the event of a software malfunction or error that affects a game outcome, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to player balances. dwei11 is not liable for any inconvenience caused by game malfunctions. Reasons may include but are not limited to: suspected fraud, identity verification failure, breach of these terms, irregular betting patterns, failure to comply with responsible gaming requests, or any other circumstance that dwei11 deems appropriate. Where possible, dwei11 will communicate the reason for account action to the affected player.
You may request the closure of your dwei11 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before processing a closure request, any outstanding bonus balance subject to active wagering requirements will be reviewed in accordance with the relevant promotion terms. Any remaining real-money PKR balance will be returned via your registered payment method following standard verification checks.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. dwei11 may apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts with a remaining balance after providing prior notification to the registered contact details. Account reactivation is available at any time by logging in.
